5. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
• Healers on Demand reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payment for services must be made as per the pricing displayed at the time of booking.
• Refund policies vary depending on the healer and type of service provided.
• No refunds will be issued for completed consultations unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Healers on Demand is a marketplace that facilitates connections between users and healers. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or loss arising from the use of services provided by healers on our platform.

Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications and expertise of healers.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Healers on Demand website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Healers on Demand or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
